These terms govern your use of ruqyahi.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
ruqyahi.shop is operated by RUQYAH LTD, company number 17291326, registered in England and Wales, registered office 3 Pasteur Terrace, Credon Road, London, E13 9BH, England.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). RUQYAH LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Colour and batch variation
Our colours are dyed to house recipes, and dye lots move. A Brick Rust shawl bought in one season may sit a shade away from a Brick Rust dress bought in another, and washed linen lightens as it relaxes with use. Within any single garment every panel comes from one roll, so the piece itself is even. Trims — buttons, cord, lining, snap covers — are matched within a series rather than across the whole range. Photographs are shot in daylight in the same courtyard for consistency, but screens vary, so treat images as a close guide rather than an exact colour match. Variation of this kind is a property of dyed cloth and is not a fault, so it is not grounds for a return outside the standard 30-day window, which of course still applies for any reason at all. Dispatch takes 3-6 working days.
5. Availability and pricing errors
Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Your personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
