Why does dispatch take 3-6 working days?
We pick and pack from stock held in the London workroom, and orders are dispatched within 3-6 working days by tracked post. Delivery is £5.95, or free on baskets over £110.00. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If something in your order needs an extra day of pressing, we will tell you rather than let the date slip quietly.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@ruqyahi.shop as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. Sizes are UK 8 to UK 24 on our own blocks. Because everything is floor-length, check the finished centre-back length on the product page against your own shoulder-to-hem measurement — that number tells you more than the size label does.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for cutting and finishing and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?

Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

Returns
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Care
How should I wash a full-length abaya or dress?
See the care guide. Turn it inside out, close every snap and button, and wash at 30C on a gentle cycle with liquid detergent and a low spin. Do not tumble dry: reshape it while damp and hang it on a broad-shouldered hanger with the hem clear of the floor, out of direct sun. Allow up to twelve hours to dry. Press on the reverse with a cloth between the iron and the fabric, using a warm dry iron on crepe and a hotter iron on linen while it is still slightly damp. Wool-blend pieces should be dry cleaned instead.
